About Us:

Finwell Support Ltd (t/a RFCS Victoria West) is a 35-year-strong, rapidly expanding regional not-for-profit dedicated to strengthening rural communities by providing business and wellbeing support to farmers and regional small business owners. Our service delivery covers western Victoria, from the south coast to Sunraysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial guidance and planning support to small business owners.

Prepare cash flows, business plans, and financial analysis.

Assist clients with applications for grants and government support programs.

Work closely with wellbeing counsellors to provide holistic support.

Promote our services and build relationships with rural and small business communities.

Ideal Candidate:

Background in accounting, financial planning, agribusiness, or banking.

Strong financial and business acumen with excellent analytical skills.

Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.

Proficiency with IT tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems.

Willingness to undertake further studies (Diploma of Financial Counselling and Diploma of Counselling).

Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the Camperdown, Colac, and Geelong areas.

Remuneration and other information:

Salary $88,000 - 94,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

FTE: 1.0 (negotiable)

Fixed term contract (One year)

Remote (work from home)
