Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management (Bellarine Bayside) is a not-for-profit, Category 1 coastal Committee of Management established under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 by the Victorian Government in 1994. Bellarine Bayside is responsible for managing and protecting 200 hectares of crown land stretching along 17 kilometres of coastline from Portarlington, through Indented Head to St Leonards containing significant natural, cultural, heritage and social values along the northern Bellarine Peninsula.

Bellarine Bayside is financially self-sufficient, delivering high quality coastal camping and accommodation through its holiday park operation and other commercial activities with revenue reinvested into the management of programs, projects and ongoing maintenance of this important coastline.

The Business and Finance Team is responsible for the financial health and stability of the organisation. They manage financial resources, analyse financial data, and provide insights to support business decisions. Their work includes budgeting, managing investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Ultimately, they aim to ensure the company has the necessary funds to operate efficiently and achieve its long-term objectives.

This position will be responsible for the introduction and implementation of new financial processes, including the implementation of a new accounting system. This role will help plan, coordinate, and monitor several activities to ensure the changes are delivered effectively and meet the needs of the organisation.
