As a result of ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming construction Projects, Axis Services Group WA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage projects in the Perth metropolitan area. The position will be full-time.

The work will generally be on Tier 1 construction sites, landmark projects around the Perth CBD and surrounding area.

Commercial Plumbing Site Manager

As a result of ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming construction Projects, Axis Services Group WA is seeking an experienced site manager to run projects in the Perth metropolitan area. The position will be full-time.

Duties:

Supervising commercial plumbing teams activities on medium to large commercial construction projects

Responsible for the daily coordination of plumber’s activities on commercial construction projects

Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and responding to any client queries

Setting out plumbing works onsite.

Ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are being adhered to onsite.

Material take-offs when required.

Ordering materials

Reading plans

Experience:

Previous experience supervising commercial plumbing teams on medium to large construction projects

Registered plumber with good communication skills

Knowledge of AS3500 standards
