Gardener / Maintenance Manager

The Tony Kelly Restaurant Group is the largest restaurant group currently operating on the Sunshine Coast. We currently own and operate 10 very successful venues in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Bokarina Beach and Palmwoods

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gardener / Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (minimum 15 hours per week).

Based in Palmwoods, with occasional travel to Mooloolaba, you will be responsible for general maintenance across our restaurant venues, as well as maintaining our on-site kitchen garden.

What we offer:

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience

Minimum 15 hours per week (weekdays only, no weekends)

Company vehicle provided for work-related travel

Variety of tasks across multiple locations

Key responsibilities:

General maintenance and repairs across multiple restaurant venues

Ongoing care and maintenance of a kitchen garden

Light landscaping and garden management

Scheduling and completing small maintenance jobs as needed

Ensuring venues are presented at their best at all times

About you:

Experience in gardening, landscaping, and general maintenance

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

Manual driver’s licence required
