Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking a Grader to join our client who specialises across civil construction and mining projects in Western Australia.

We have vacancies for experienced grader operators to join their diverse team on a temp to perm opportunity!

Position 1:
x2 Grader Operator

• Based at FMG project Solomon
• Operating the 150 M CAT
• $57 hr casual
• Maintenance road work
• Based at Camp Dally Tier 1 site
• 2/1 roster (dayshift)
• FMG inducted desirable

Position 2:
X1 Grader Operator

• 24M Grader brand new CAT
• $73 hr plus $1.50 PIP
• Widening autonomous haul road
• 12-month project
• Based at Saddleback BHP project
• 2/2 roster ( 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off)
• Area C (BHP inducted desirable)

To be successful you’ll need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating relevant machines in bulk earthworks
• Grader ticket
• Construction White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol
• FMG/BHP inductions highly desirable
• Full Australian Unrestricted Working Rights
• National police clearance or willing to obtain
