Rate: $50–$55 per hour (casual, based on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance/Haul Road Grader Operator to join our team at D&H Contracting. Work will be done at Argyle Diamond Mine on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for work with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain haul road graders to ensure safe and efficient road conditions

Work collaboratively with site teams to meet operational targets

Adhere to all site safety protocols and procedures

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate: $50–$55/hr (casual, DOE)

Immediate start

FIFO from Perth or other approved locations

Requirements:

Proven experience operating graders in a mining or heavy civil environment

HR (Heavy Rigid) license – mandatory

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Availability to commence immediately
