We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Asphalt Crew Supervisor to oversee daily operations while actively working alongside the crew. This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate asphalt crew activities on-site

Perform labouring duties including operating machinery and assisting with paving

Work on a rotating roster, including early starts and occasional weekends

Ensure safety standards and project timelines are met

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

Mentor and support crew members

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in asphalt and civil works

Strong leadership and hands-on work ethic

Ability to interpret plans and follow specifications

Sound knowledge of asphalt equipment and processes

Flexibility to work rotating shifts

White Card and relevant tickets (e.g., roller, skid steer, MR/HR license)
