Garfish Crows Nest is currently seeking skilled and professional front of house staff – both bar and floor – to join our established team in a casual capacity. These roles are ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment and take pride in delivering consistently outstanding customer experiences.

Your Role:

Bar Staff

Expertly craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain a spotless, well-stocked, and efficient bar environment

Provide engaging and knowledgeable bar service to a discerning clientele

Floor Staff

Deliver warm, attentive, and professional table service from start to finish

Assist with set-up, pack-down, and smooth service transitions

Work as part of a collaborative and efficient team

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of professional bartending experience OR 2+ years in a fast-paced waitstaff role

A deep understanding of food and beverage service standards, particularly in high-quality venues

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers

Impeccable customer service and communication skills

A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic

RSA certification and the legal right to work in Australia

Availability for evening and weekend shifts (essential)
