About the Role:
APS group have partnered with one of Australia's largest 3PL companies to assist them in finding an Administrator to join their growing and determined team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for stock replenishments, handling data entry and maintain records and supporting teams with general admin tasks.
Shifts Available:
- Early morning shift - 6am - 2:06pm - Monday to Friday
- Temp To Perm Opportunity
Pay Rate:
- $35.06 an hour
Location:
- Dandenong South
Duties:
- Answer phones and emails
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Handle data entry and maintain records
- Organise files and documents
- Prepare basic reports and paperwork
- Order office supplies
- Support team with general admin tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisation and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- 1-2 years in an admin or office support role
- Experience with filing systems and scheduling
- Familiarity with office software or booking systems
- Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounts support
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Discreet with confidential information
