HD Mechanics | 2:1 FIFO Roster | $85–$90/hr + Super | Long-Term Work

We’re currently looking for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join a well run Tailings Dam project in Karara. Solid hours, great rates, and ongoing work with a reputable client.

Job Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Karara (FIFO from Perth)
• Roster: 2:1
• Hours: 12 hours per day
• Rate: $85–$90/hr flat + super (paid weekly)

Equipment You’ll Be Working On:

• CAT Dozers (D10/D11)
• CAT Loaders (988, 992)
• Graders (14M, 16M)
• Excavators (Hitachi & CAT)
• Dump Trucks (777, 785, 793)

Key Duties:

• Diagnostics, repairs and scheduled maintenance on mobile plant
• Component change-outs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics)
• Field service and breakdown support
• Pre-start checks and fault finding
• Maintaining safety and service records

What You’ll Need:

• Trade qualified HD Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic
• 5+ years post-trade experience
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol test
• Strong safety focus and positive team attitude
