🔧 CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

1. Maintenance Supervisors – FIFO

We're seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our FIFO team on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster from Perth. These roles are key to leading small site teams, maintaining a fleet that includes wheel loaders, water carts, backhoes, and service trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and service personnel

Supervise breakdowns, routine services, and equipment inspections

Manage maintenance schedules and parts inventory

Ensure safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture

Liaise with operations/logistics for the smooth delivery of services

Maintain reporting and documentation standards

Drive continuous improvement in mechanical operations

Minimum Requirements:

Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (Heavy Diesel)

Demonstrated leadership in mobile plant maintenance

Current HR (WA) driver’s licence

Working toward or holding Statutory Supervisor DEMIRS exam (mandatory)

High-level safety awareness and documentation skills

2. Mechanics – Workshop & FIFO Field Service Roles

Perth-based residential roles with site coverage available

We are also hiring qualified HD Mechanics, HRT Fitters, and Auto Electricians for our Perth-based team. The roles will primarily work from our metro workshop, with occasional FIFO stints to cover site-based supervision and breakdowns.

Your Day-to-Day:

Service, maintain and repair CAT & Scania equipment, trucks, and trailers

Use diagnostic tools, order parts via CAT SIS

Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs

Mentor apprentices and uphold safety standards

Travel to Pilbara sites as required (with loading)

What We’re Looking For:

Cert III in Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant Technology/ HRT/ Auto Electrician

Experience in earthmoving transport or mining equipment

Auto electrical experience (desirable)

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fit for work, drug & alcohol-free, and site-ready
