We’re partnering with a forward-thinking technology company on the Gold Coast who are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. You’ll be working on innovative cyber and data solutions that make a real impact – in an environment that values authenticity, collaboration, and balance.

• Hybrid working (minimum 1 day in the Bundall office per week)

What you’ll be doing...

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications with a focus on clean, secure, and efficient code
• Working alongside brilliant Product, Machine Learning, and Business teams to create meaningful tech solutions
• Solving interesting challenges by automating processes and streamlining user experiences
• Playing a part in architectural decisions to support long-term maintainability and performance
• Championing best practices through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Supporting and mentoring teammates where you can – knowledge sharing is part of the culture

What we’re looking for...
You don’t need to tick every box – if you bring curiosity, capability, and care, we’d love to hear from you.

• Full working rights in Australia
• 3+ years (min) of experience with a modern front-end framework (React preferred – but Vue or Angular welcome)
• 3+ years (Minimum) using NodeJS or Python on the back-end
• Confident working with REST APIs and have a solid understanding of databases (NoSQL ideal)
• Exposure to Lambda functions or functional programming concepts
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be a great bonus – but not essential
