Volo is a new player in the digital sector, currently in its exciting startup phase. Volo Digital has emerged from a Digital Solutions team within an established service provider with many years of experience. As they prepare for their launch, Outsourced Professional Services is assisting them in finding their next group of talented professionals.

About the Role
You’ll be involved in the architecture, design, and delivery of custom applications and integrations. You’ll work across the full stack, collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Your experience with APIs, payment gateways, and Microsoft Power Platform will be highly valued as we continue to expand our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop web and mobile applications tailored to NDIS and Allied Health use cases
· Build and integrate secure APIs and third-party services including payment gateways
· Customise and extend solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
· Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal technical standards

About You
· 3–5 years’ experience in full stack development
· Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET)
· Experience with RESTful APIs and payment gateway integration
· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Containers and Azure Cloud Services
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field highly regarded
· Experience building Copilot AI agents highly regarded
