OXYMED Australia is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee and coordinate nursing operations at our leading oxygen therapy and regenerative healthcare clinic in South Yarra, VIC.

This contract-based role offers flexible, part-time hours, perfect for a seasoned professional seeking meaningful work with work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, including:

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Advanced biomarker testing

IV nutrient and immune support protocols

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation.

Liaise with referring GPs and specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients presenting with complex and chronic medical conditions.

Uphold strict adherence to AHPRA standards, infection control, and healthcare compliance regulations.

Collaborate with executive management to align clinical services with OXYMED’s strategic vision and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

Proven experience in a nursing leadership or management role

Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and organisational skills

Expertise in clinical coordination, risk management, and team development

Proficiency in healthcare information systems and clinical data handling

Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care
