About the Role

We are offering a full-time position (38 hours per week) for an enthusiastic and organised Nursing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, to lead and support our clinical nursing team, and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing development of our newest clinic.

The role involves a mix of both clinical veterinary nursing as well as management tasks. It will involve 3 x 10 hour weekdays, one 3.5 hour weekday and working 1 in 3 weekends (8 hours on Saturday, 6 hours on Sunday).

As the Nursing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive, efficient, and client-focused environment. Your leadership will be essential in driving the clinic’s growth, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate daily operations and clinic workflow

· Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals

· Manage staffing, rosters, inventory, and general administration

· Drive a culture of excellence in patient care, client service, and team wellbeing

· Collaborate with other UPV clinics and management to ensure consistency and quality

· Support marketing, HR, and financial performance goals

About You

· Experienced in veterinary practice management or a leadership role in a clinical setting

· A strong communicator, both with clients and internal teams
