Latitude Recruitment is excited to partner with KDH to find an experienced and motivated Quality & Risk Manager to lead clinical governance, continuous improvement, and risk management at an executive level. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity to make a tangible difference while working with a progressive and values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
Maintain accreditation and drive best practice in clinical safety and legislative compliance
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and consumer engagement across the service
Guide and influence change within a complex, evolving healthcare environment
We’re looking for someone who has:
A clinical qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or a related health discipline
Postgraduate qualifications in health management or quality (or working towards)
Strong experience in quality, safety, clinical governance, and risk frameworks
Familiarity with VHIMS, PROMPT, and legislative compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
You’ll also need a current Police Check, Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain), and evidence of immunisation history.
