About the role

Join the talented team at Enchanted Forest Early Learning - Chermside as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences to children in our vibrant early learning centre in Chermside, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children's learning and development

Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and play

Observe and document children's progress, providing individualised support and care

Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly about their child's development

Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies

Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development

What we're looking for

A relevant childcare qualification, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

Experience working in an early learning setting, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask

A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, and a valid Working with Children Check
