We are currently seeking a Junior to Intermediate Legal Assistant to join a specialist Construction Law Firm, providing high-level support to a team of lawyers. About the Role

In this role, you'll be an integral part of a highly regarded construction law team. Your responsibilities will be diverse and may include:

• Diary, email, and travel management
• Drafting court documents and general correspondence
• Assisting with end-of-month billing
• File management, including opening and closing matters

You’ll be supporting lawyers working across front-end and back-end construction matters, such as:

• Project structuring and tender strategies
• Contract administration and agreement drafting
• Industrial relations and joint ventures
• Dispute resolution and risk management

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Administration role (ideally within a law firm)
• Experience in Construction Law highly valued; Litigation experience also considered
• Law students are welcome to apply (must have 18+ months of study remaining)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and positive attitude
