Job Description

Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency

Prepare regulatory returns, including BAS, IAS, FBT, and Workcover

Manage bank reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger adjustments

Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports

Support process improvements, collaborate across teams, and uphold Child Safeguarding principles

Qualifications

CA or CPA qualified (or near completion), with 3–5 years' experience in financial accounting

Skilled in financial reporting, tax compliance, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements

Proficient in Xero, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, growth-focused mindset

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and accountability
