OSHC Educator - (RP) - Multiple positions
East Adelaide OSHC is seeking a passionate individual dedicated to delivering exceptional care for children and high-quality customer service for our families.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of our service by supporting and nurturing young minds, while making a positive impact on our school community
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
Exercise supervisory and leadership responsibilities for part of the service.
Act as the person in charge of the Education and Care Service in the absence of the Approved Provider and the Nominated Supervisor.
Ensure a sound understanding of expectations to execute work performance according to our service standards.
Collaborate within a Leadership team to complete administrative tasks.
Undertake other duties as requested by the Director & Assistant Director.
Qualifications:
To be considered qualified, you must have one of the following:
Completed 2 years of a teaching degree (3rd year student)
Diploma of Teaching
Diploma of Out of School Hours Care
Diploma of Children's Services
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
Bachelor of Education - Secondary
Bachelor of Education - Middle School
Bachelor of Early Childhood - Junior Primary or Primary
Bachelor of Psychology
Bachelor of Social Work
Bachelor of Sport & Recreation
Requirements:
Current South Australian Working with Children Check.
Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect training.
First Aid and CPR Certificate.
