About the Opportunity:
This multi office firm is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to bolster their Business Services & Tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience within an Australian accounting firm looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients
Preparation of financial statements and tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
Speaking with clients to collect relevant information
Providing advisory services
Liaison with the ATO
Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills or wanting to learn
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.
Proven experience in an Australian accounting firm
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
