We are seeking a Registered Property Manager to join us on our adventure!

What does working with Dedicated Property include?
On Fridays we all clock-off at 3pm
A company vehicle, for work and personal use
Your own car bay
Your own fuel card, for work and personal use
An iPhone, with your own work number (with no expectation to respond to calls outside of work hours)
Receive a pay commensurate with your experience and industry benchmarks
We place significant importance on making sure you are not overworked and overwhelmed. This means:
We outsource all entry PCRs
Your portfolio is capped at 100-120 properties
The Managing Director is in the office to support you. This means providing you with relationship and client support when needed and most importantly, to remind you all the good things you are doing!
We have a weekly staff meeting - where we discuss process, opportunities for improvement, open forum for suggestions, training and to keep the team up to date on the business operations. Communication is key for us.
Your portfolio is 100% managed whilst you are on Annual Leave – keeping you on top of things for your return!

The ideal candidate is someone keen to manage properties-based South of the River.
They must promote our non-negotiable company values of professionalism, communication, and proactivity. We are a service-based industry with lofty expectations for delivering client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience as a registered property manager, a strong work ethic, a great communicator with the emphasis on building meaningful relationships with our clients – landlords, tenants, and contractors.
