What You’ll Be Doing

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice

- Leading, mentoring, and developing employees

- Overseeing rostering, stock control, and compliance

- Collaborating with dentists and support staff to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment

About You

- Proven leadership experience in dental, medical, or healthcare management

- Ability to manage independently

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- A calm, solution-focused mindset

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- Experience with dental software (Dental4Web) or tech-savvy and able to quickly learn

- A people-first approach, you care about team wellbeing and patient satisfaction
