The Vein Institute is a leader in non-surgical treatments for varicose veins, offering walk-in, walk-out procedures with no general anaesthetic or hospital stay. Our sister clinic, Spider Vein Australia, provides cosmetic treatments for spider veins using advanced laser and sclerotherapy techniques.

We operate modern, doctor-led clinics in Sydney and Parramatta, with additional locations in Melbourne and Canberra. For this role, we're seeking casual nurses to work primarily in our Sydney and Parramatta clinics, supporting the clinical team with day-to-day patient care across both medical and cosmetic vein services.

About the Role
We’re looking for casual Registered or Enrolled Nurses (RN or EN) to support our growing clinical team in Sydney and Parramatta. This is a casual role, ideal for nurses seeking flexible shifts in a calm, professional clinic environment.

You'll primarily assist with:

Preparing treatment rooms and equipment

Assisting doctors during procedures

Mixing medications under supervision

Providing post-procedure care (e.g. wrapping/compression, monitoring)

General patient care and support throughout the visit

Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors during varicose vein and cosmetic procedures

Prepare and reset treatment rooms, including mixing medications under supervision

Provide post-procedure care such as compression wrapping and patient monitoring

Greet, prepare, and support patients throughout their visit

Maintain stock and ensure rooms are well-prepped and organised

Support general clinic operations and administrative tasks as required

Be open to occasional travel to assist at interstate clinics (optional/flexible)

What We Offer

Competitive casual hourly rate: $35 – $50 per hour, depending on experience

Flexible casual shifts (approximately 3–4 shifts per month) with potential for more

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Reliable, professional and well-presented

Strong patient care and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in clinical/procedural environments

Must have full Australian working rights
