The Engineering Institute of Technology is looking for a seasoned Marketing Growth Manager who excels at turning strategy into execution and execution into measurable outcomes.

This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing educational institution with a global presence. You’ll initially work closely with team leads across various marketing functions to strengthen alignment, performance, and direction as well as tackling specific projects. The aim is for this role to then evolve into a direct leadership position with ownership over key areas of the marketing portfolio and managing, mentoring and directing our dedicated marketing team members.

About the Role

You’ll be stepping into a critical role during a period of transformation and growth. From day one, you’ll lead high-impact projects (like our new CRM roll out and major digital upgrades), align multi-channel marketing efforts across EIT and our sister organisations, and set the groundwork for sustainable growth and engagement.

What you’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting team leads across paid media, SEO/website, email, content, webinars, and design
  • Gradually transitioning into people leadership and performance management (we are expecting the first 6 months to be project focused and getting the know the company)
  • Leading strategy development and aligning execution to business goals
  • Overseeing major projects such as CRM migration, product launches, and website redevelopment
  • Managing our content strategy with the support of our in-house Science Journalist to position us as leaders in engineering education
  • Reviewing marketing tools (CRM, CMS, automation, analytics) and supporting budgeting
  • Defining and tracking KPIs across campaigns and teams
  • Using market and audience insights to refine strategy

What you’ll bring

You’re a strategic thinker with a focus on action and outcomes. You’re not afraid to get into the detail when needed, but you also know how to pull back, see the bigger picture and empower your team to achieve their goals.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Ideally 10 years in marketing, including 3+ years in growth or strategy leadership roles
  • A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (paid, SEO, email, content, social)
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns and improving team performance
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align marketing activity to business priorities
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Experience working in global or cross-cultural marketing environments

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

  • Experience with CRM or website platform implementation
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly VET, Higher Ed, CRICOS, TEQSA, or ASQA

If you fit the above criteria and are looking to join a global, growing company please send through your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
