Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management

Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations

Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service and quality delivery

Manage inventory, control stock levels, and oversee supply ordering

Monitor financial performance including sales, budgets, and cost control

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers

Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and company policies

About You:

Qualification in hospitality, business management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial hospitality role

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to perform under pressure and lead high-performing teams

Understanding of restaurant financials, POS systems, and stock management

Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and team development

Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is an added advantage
