We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Centre's Director / Manager to lead our child care centre in Euroa, Victoria 3666

To be the successful candidate in this position, you will need to hold:

- A minimum of Diploma of Children's Services,
- Working With Children Check,
- Police Check and
- have the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

The opportunity:

As the Centre's Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre as well as mentor and coach your experienced team of educators.

The candidate:

You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with several years experience as a Director at a similar service.

You will also present with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies.

This is a full-time position with the ideal candidate available to start within the next few weeks

Suitable applicants must have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
- Certified Supervisor Certificate
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- WWCC
- Right to work in Australia
- At least 12 months experience as a Centre Director
