Geelong Leather, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality leather goods, is seeking enthusiastic Casual/Fulltime Production Workers to join their team in Culcairn, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the Leather manufacturing industry.

We are seeking applicants who can:

Work Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available on Saturdays

Be flexible with start and finish times between 6:00am and 5:00pm (dependent on department)

Perform physically demanding, repetitive manual tasks, including sorting, lifting up to 25kg, trimming, and packing cattle hides and wetblue leather

Be punctual, dependable, and work well within a team

Show a willingness to learn new skills such as machine operation, safe knife handling, leather grading, forklift use, and understanding leather quality standards

Follow strict safety and quality procedures at all times

Have the legal right to work and currently reside in Australia (short-term visa holders are welcome to apply)

Successfully pass Drug and Alcohol testing and attend a pre-employment medical

Be Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to obtain the vaccination
