Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
Pro Rata amount of $78,853 - $84,329 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 2) + Superannuation

Your new role
As the Administration Officer at CQ Home Assist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of essential services that help older people and those with a disability remain safe and independent in their homes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance while managing a range of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls to the Home Assist call centre, management of the My Aged Care Portal referral service, purchasing functions including raising requisitions and receipting of invoices, relief reception duties, database management, processing service requests, handling client payments, maintaining accurate records, meeting management e.g preparation of agenda and minutes. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a call centre style setting, handling enquiries and service requests with accuracy and care.
Ability to promote interpersonal relationships and facilitate open communication with clients, staff, carers and services providers.
Empathy and understanding when working in a sensitive, confidential environment.

Experience working in a fast paced, customer facing, administrative environment.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and timeframes.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders and maintain empathy when negotiating and communicating with customers.
