About the role

We are searching for an experienced 4X4 Accessories Technician to join our team at ARB Biggera Waters.

This is a full-time position based in our family owned and operated Biggera Waters, QLD location. As a 4X4 Accessories Technician, you will play a crucial role in outfitting our customers' vehicles with high-quality 4WD accessories and equipment, ensuring they are equipped for their next off-road adventure.

What you'll be doing

Accurately and efficiently install a wide range of 4WD accessories and equipment, including bull bars, suspension lifts, roof racks, and more

Perform thorough pre-installation inspections and post-installation checks to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the fitting process

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the best products and solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest 4WD accessory trends, techniques, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Experience as a 4WD Accessory Fitter or in a similar automotive accessory installation role

Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards

Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of hand and power tools
