THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for Tray/Canopy and accessory Fitters to join the FFF team in Warwick. You will be responsible for performing varied fitting tasks to support the quality installation of tray and canopy packages along with a high standard of electrical fit-out. You will maintain a high level of safety, reliability, and operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction. This opportunity would suit someone with trade qualifications looking for a career change.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing varied fitting tasks, including fitment of trays and canopies, accessories, and electrical wiring.
• Ensuring trays and canopies are cleaned once work is complete.
• Carrying out inspections and quality control throughout the assembly and installation process.
• Ensuring the health and safety of all customers, visitors, and team members.
• Undertaking activities in a team environment and meeting safety, time, quality, and production targets.
• Identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace hazards.
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness and tool and equipment care

The ideal candidate will have:

• A trade qualification and/or previous experience in tray and canopy fitting or 4x4 accessory installation (beneficial)
• Australian Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
• Forklift ticket (desirable)
• Excellent quality of work and time management skills
• Strong, ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment.
• Sound knowledge of 4x4 Makes, Models, and popular accessories and brands (desirable)
• Passion for the outdoors, off-roading, and camping is a plus!
