About the role

Arc. is looking for an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman to lead the onsite delivery of a significant heritage restoration of a large pub / hotel in Lake Cargelligo. This is a full-time, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys regional work, heritage and architectural detailing. It is a key role in the organisation, responsible for building strong relationships with the team, management, administration, architects, contractors and clients, whilst managing the site day to day from estimating to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination

Maintain quality, safety and compliance onsite

Interpret and deliver architectural intent with precision

Sequence works and solve site problems collaboratively

Monitor progress and maintain daily records

Liaise with architects, engineers and project managers

Deliver a heritage-focused restoration to a high standard

Skills and experience

5+ years’ experience as a Working Foreman or Leading Hand

Certificate III in Carpentry + Joinery (minimum)

Certificate IV in Residential Building (preferred)

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

A passion for craftsmanship, architecture, and design integrity

Experience with heritage and/or architectural work and adaptive reuse (preferred)

Current NSW Driver's Licence and White Card
