About the Opportunity

We’re excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Operator on our photovoltaic module production line. In this role, you’ll contribute to the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of our innovative solar module technology.

You’ll receive one-on-one training and be supported by clear operating procedures at each workstation, helping you feel confident and capable as you build our cutting-edge technology.

RayGen's offices and manufacturing facilities are located just off the Toorak Rd exit of the Monash Freeway and within walking distance of train stations (Kooyong and Tooronga) and bus routes (624). We also have free all-day parking available. Working hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm

One on One training will be provided and each workstation on our production line has operating procedures to aid you feeling confident in your new role building our technology.

What You’ll Do

Perform detailed sub-assembly tasks, including microscope work, with a focus on precision. Our workstations combine automated and hands-on processes.

Ensure product quality by carefully inspecting assemblies to uphold our high standards.

Operate advanced testing stations to verify the reliability of our solar modules.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to our knowledge base to support ongoing innovation.

Collaborate with team members to create and maintain documentation that ensures compliance and traceability.
