1.. Prepare, review, and administer head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.

2. Issue and track purchase orders, variations, progress claims, and EOTs.

3. Maintain contract registers and ensure timely notifications under contract clauses.

4. Assist with procurement, tender evaluations, and subcontractor onboarding.

5. Liaise with estimators, site managers, and project managers on contract performance.

6. Coordinate the preparation and submission of DA, CDC,CC and OC.

7. Liaise with councils, certifiers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth approval pathways.

8. Track timelines and manage conditions of consent and compliance requirements.

9. Support the transition from planning approval to construction commencement.

10. Coordinate consultant reports, inspections, and compliance documentation required under CC or DA conditions.

11. Assist to oversee construction activities to ensure works are in accordance with approved drawings and conditions of consent.

12. Assist project managers and site supervisors with documentation, quality assurance, and site coordination.

13. Ensure timely lodgement of documentation required for OC issuance.

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required

• Must have Australian work rights/citizenship
