We’re seeking a confident Client-Side Project Manager with strong communication skills to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent the client’s interests by managing consultants and contractors, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes from design through to handover.

About the Role

With support, you’ll lead new build developments and large-scale strata remedial and refurbishment projects valued up to $50M. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset — someone who can take projects from concept to completion while adding real value to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full construction lifecycle, from design development through to practical completion

Oversee design coordination and development

Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks, and forecasts, and recommend mitigation strategies

Manage budgets, timelines, and contracts

Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases

Engage and manage stakeholders including clients, consultants, engineers, and authorities

Make fast, effective decisions under pressure

Maintain sharp documentation and reporting standards

Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high-quality outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

Permanent Residency or Citizenship essential.

2-3 years' experience managing Class 2 or 3 projects. Construction experience is a bonus, but not essential — we value strong project leadership above all.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills set to be a future leader

Excellent time management and organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Strong design coordination and development experience

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle

Strong multitasker able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

University qualification in construction or related field
