We’re on the hunt for a switched-on and physically capable Ground Crew member to join our busy tree services team. You’ll be supporting arborists on site with a mix of tree work, towing, machinery operation, and general site clean-up.

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who thrives outdoors, works well in a small team, and takes pride in doing a job properly.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in ground crew, tree work, or garden maintenance

Physically fit – confident dragging brush, cleaning up sites, working in the elements

Comfortable using chippers and other tools

Manual driver’s license required

MR truck license highly regarded

Confident towing trailers and small chippers

Bonus if you have hedging, gardening or landscaping skills
