About the role

Haulit Co. is seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Rosemount QLD 4560. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across our road transport network. This is a casual role, driving a Kenworth T610 SAR with a brand new trailer.

Carrying loads of NDCR, Crusher Dust, B/W Sands and 5mm drainage up to 20mm drainage.

What you'll be doing

Operate a range of heavy vehicles, including semi-trailers and rigid trucks, to transport goods across the region

Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues

Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, considering factors such as traffic and road conditions

Ensure all loads are secured properly and comply with relevant regulations

Maintain accurate delivery documentation

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch, clients and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

A valid Heavy Combination license (HC)

Relevant experience as a Truck Driver, ideally within the road transport industry

Strong driving skills and a proven record of safe driving practices

Good understanding of relevant road rules and regulations

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow established procedures
