🔧 Full-Time Mechanic – Carpendale Agri | Goondiwindi Region

Carpendale Agri is a progressive, large-scale and vertically integrated agricultural production enterprise operating 30km northeast of Goondiwindi. With over 10,000 ha of summer and winter crops and an extensive on-site grain complex, we pride ourselves on innovation, efficiency and long-term sustainability.

We’re looking for a full-time mechanic to join our growing team, working alongside two experienced mechanics and a dedicated workshop manager.

What to Expect:
This is a hands-on and varied role, with no two days the same. You might find yourself:

Servicing utes and farm machinery in the workshop

Responding to machinery breakdowns in the paddock

Carrying out preventative maintenance across the grain complex

Supporting our farming and complex teams during busy harvest periods

What You’ll Need:

Relevant mechanical trade qualification

2 years experience with agricultural machinery, diesel engines, or heavy vehicles

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

HR licence and forklift ticket desirable (but not essential)
