The Opportunity: Educational Leader

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week

• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

We would love you to have:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as an assistant director / educational leader
• Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
• Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Our Centre
Woodcrest Early Education Centre is situated just a two minute drive from Lowood State School. The centre has been rated as EXCEEDING by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority and cares for up to 129 children per day.
