At LINDELLI, our clients come to us for more than jewellery. They come for meaning, craftsmanship, and an experience that feels deeply personal. As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide in that journey—from first conversation to the moment their piece is received.

The Role

In our Sydney atelier, you’ll create an intimate, appointment‑only experience where clients feel understood and inspired. Beyond the consultation itself, you’ll manage a considered process behind the scenes—coordinating with our production team, designers and suppliers, and handling thoughtful client communications via email and phone. From first meeting to the moment their finished piece is in hand, you’ll ensure every step feels seamless, personal and beautifully executed.

Who You Are

· Driven to create experiences that feel personal, never transactional

· Proven sales experience is essential, ideally within a luxury or high value setting

· A polished, professional people person-warm, confident and intuitive

· Calm, impeccably organised and able to hold many threads with ease

· Confident in guiding clients through meaningful purchases

· Comfortable with numbers-quoting, pricing and bespoke orders handled with accuracy and ease

· A natural storyteller who brings craftsmanship and design to life
