With one of their senior team members heading into retirement, we're now looking for a confident, relationship-focused Senior Sales Consultant to step in and take over a warm desk. What You'll Be Doing

Providing tailored, one-on-one service to retail and commercial clients - no hard sell, just genuine advice

Building lasting relationships with your customers and helping them return time and again

Collaborating with the team to hit shared goals while running your own book of business

Supporting junior team members and contributing to a cohesive, high-performing sales environment

Managing the full sales process from consultation to post-sale follow up

What's On Offer

Base salary up to $75K + super, depending on experience

Realistic OTE $100K-$200K through generous commission - uncapped earning potential

Full-time with weekday flexibility - you'll work Saturdays, but always have Sundays off
