The Role

• Engage and build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge
• Showcase expertise in menswear collections, with a preference for experience in tailoring and alterations.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalized recommendations for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and leaves with a memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in menswear, with an understanding of tailoring and alterations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
• Passion for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating a luxurious shopping atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest fashion trends.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to constantly learn and improve and ability to step out of your comfort zone.
