About the Role

As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll be immersed in a physically intense environment where no two days are the same. If you thrive in demanding conditions and are ready to kickstart a long-term career, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Drillers in the safe and efficient operation of drilling rigs and equipment.
• Handle Equipment including loading/unloading tools, rods, and core samples.
• Operate Vehicles & Support Gear used in the drilling process.
• Maintain the Worksite in a clean, organised, and safety-compliant manner.
• Assist with Core Recovery by labelling and managing samples for analysis.
• Uphold Strict Safety Protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your crew.

What We Expect From You

• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid Working Holiday Visa – all are welcome to apply.
• Reside in Western Australia – point of hire is Perth.
• Valid Manual Driver’s Licence – non-negotiable.
• Excellent Work Ethic & Resilience – expect 12-hour shifts of intense labour.
• High Physical Fitness – this will likely be the toughest job you’ve ever done.
• Ability to Work in Remote Areas – including extreme heat and humidity.
• Commitment to Safety – a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
