Being a Drillers Offsider is physical work. It’s dusty, it’s demanding, and it’s damn rewarding. If you’ve worked in agriculture, construction, trades, or anything hands-on, you’ve already got a head start.

No mining experience? No worries - we’ll train you up and help you build a career in one of the country’s most in-demand industries.

FIFO out of Perth on a 2:1 roster, full training provided with a solid pathway to becoming a qualified Driller.

What You’ll Need:

• Permanent Working Rights in Australia. Temporary visa holders will not be considered
• Based in WA — this is FIFO from Perth Airport only
• You will need to have 6-12 months recent hard labour experience to be considered. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about drilling but you have to be physically fit and ready to take on the work
• Preference of a HR-B drivers licence. C-Class Manual licence considered for the right candidate
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Valid National Police Clearance (or willing to get one)
• First Aid and Working at Heights Certificate (or willing to obtain)
