Predictive Recruitment Partners has been engaged by Perth Bouncy Castle Hire to find a customer-centric, motivated, and organised Event Sales and Administration person to join their growing team.

About Perth Bouncy Castle Hire:
In operation since 2014, Perth Bouncy Castle Hire has successfully set up over 11,500 inflatables, maintaining a flawless 100% safety record. They have a steadfast dedication to safety, comprehensive staff training, and meticulous attention to detail. They pride themselves on managing every event as if it were their own.

Leaders of industry standards, Perth Bouncy Castle Hire delivers a seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable experience for their clients and their clients’ guests. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and professionalism, every event is managed with the highest standards, ensuring peace of mind and an exceptional experience.

Join a team where they don’t just hire rides – they help create moments that people remember forever.

About the role:
This internal role is an opportunity for a confident, tech-savvy sales support person to bring significant value to the team by nurturing new prospects, converting leads to clients, fostering lasting relationships with existing clients, and managing the administrative functions of handling multiple, time-sensitive bookings and enquiries.

It’s suited to a person who gets excited about building connections with clients and supporting the design and delivery of memorable events behind the scenes.

The role is office-bound and will see you spending the vast majority of your time on the phone, following up enquiries, entering data in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, and ensuring that bookings are managed efficiently and professionally, so that the client experience is one they will rave about.

It will see you leveraging established guidelines and procedures to accurately track leads, conversations, bookings, and client information. Strong follow through with prospects is essential to make sure that revenue-generating opportunities are not missed. Problem-solving needs to happen in real time and requires an innovative, analytical approach. While there will often be multiple priorities to juggle, the work environment is usually stable and consistent, as well as fun and energetic.

The role requires higher than average attention to detail, confidence using technology and booking platforms or CRMs, effective communication skills, and a strong desire to help people plan amazing events.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Planning Events: help clients plan amazing events by recommending the perfect mix of inflatables, rides, and games.
  • Drive Sales: Chat with clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored event packages.
  • Proactive Outreach: Confidently engage new potential clients through calls, emails, and messages—sparking new opportunities and building strong first impressions.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all leads, conversations, bookings, and client info using the CRM.
  • Assist with Event Support: Help prepare event run sheets, assist with confirmations, and support smooth handovers to our operations team.
  • Customer Success: Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries quickly and professionally using our helpdesk systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Jump in and find solutions when a client or event needs extra support.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest rides, trends, and event ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

About you:
You probably describe yourself as a confident and collaborative problem solver, who likes helping others while also taking charge of your own activities and achieving results. You thrive in a professional environment where you can bring value and a team-player mentality, working consistently and efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You like building relationships, providing a high standard of service to customers and following established processed. You have a strong grasp of various technologies, including Google Drive, booking or scheduling software, and CRMs.

Your communication style is informal, warm and engaging, with an emphasis on helping others design an experience they’ll never forget. You’re comfortable having conversations with customers as well as prospective customers and seek to build trust and rapport quickly. You are detail-oriented when it comes to your areas of responsibility, and you prefer to make solid plans to ensure you complete your tasks efficiently. You’re well-structured and organised and LOVE ticking tasks off your list!

You’re concerned about delivering results and you pride yourself on remaining calm under pressure. Able to work well independently, you’re also a great team player.

You care about matching clients with the right experience, not just pushing products to make a sale.

What you bring to the role:

  • A willingness to prospect for clients, making outbound calls and following up on leads
  • A preference to follow clearly defined processes
  • A higher-than-average degree of accuracy, follow-through, and accountability
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to the pace of work
  • A desire to work thoroughly, consistently, and efficiently
  • A technologically-savvy mind, unfazed by jumping from one system to another
  • A need to see your work come to life, be it at schools, corporate events, festivals, or community fun days.

What we can provide:
Perth Bouncy Castles places high value on safety, caring for customers, and building quality customer relationships. We offer:

  • A competitive salary of $33.00 per hour working either part-time or full-time
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment, where every team member is valued
  • 8-hour shifts with no weekend work required.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales and administration role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with good attention to detail
  • A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Google Suite, booking or scheduling platforms (e.g. Simpro, Fergus, Servicem8, etc.), and CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure, jump between tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
  • A passion for customer service and delivering high-quality, memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.

You will also be highly regarded if you can demonstrate:

  • A proven sales track record
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry.
