About the role

Equiti Property is seeking a driven and experienced Property Investment Consultant to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in helping our clients achieve their property investment goals.

Working closely with our team of Property Strategists you will be meeting clints both in their homes and also via Teams meetings to show them the advantages of investing in property.

What you'll be doing

• Consulting with clients to understand their investment objectives and risk profiles
• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify the most suitable investment properties
• Preparing detailed investment proposals and presentations for clients
• Guiding clients through the end-to-end investment process, including finance, legal, and settlement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices
• Collaborating with the broader sales team to share knowledge and drive business growth

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property investment consulting or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify investment opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Thorough understanding of the property investment landscape, including market trends, legislation, and investment strategies
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. real estate, finance, economics) would be highly regarded
