The Wolves Den Tattoo Studio is on the hunt for two legends to join our Operations Team – one Full-Time and one Part-Time. 🔥 Your Role: Unleash Your Potential

As a member of our Operations Team, you’ll be the first impression, last interaction, and glue that keeps the day running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our artists and clients, ensuring everything from bookings to aftercare flows effortlessly.

We’re looking for someone with cross-skills in:

Client-facing roles (retail, beauty, hospitality, admin or sales)

CRM or booking system management

Sales, rebooking or upselling with integrity

You don’t need experience in laser or piercing - training is provided - you do need to be ready to learn, fast learner and confident working in that space.

Hours & Availability

We’re hiring for two roles:

FULL-TIME

5 shifts/week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Must be available for public holidays and have flexibility to swap shifts when needed

PART-TIME

3 shifts/week: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Must be available for public holiday cover and flexibility to swap & cover shifts when needed.

Shifts are 9am–5pm, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts during leave, special events, or peak times.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing

Client Experience & Sales

Welcome clients, answer questions, and guide them through their studio journey

Respond to DMs, emails, and phone enquiries to secure bookings

Rebook and upsell services and aftercare products confidently

Performing phone and in-store consultations and converting the consult to a booking

Operations & Admin

Manage daily bookings and calendars

Support artists by keeping the day running smoothly

Handle payments, follow-ups, and documentation with precision

Laser & Piercing

You will be trained to perform laser tattoo removal and/or body piercing services professionally and safely

🙌 What We’re Looking For

-Min. 1–2 years experience in admin, sales, or client-facing roles
-Confident communicator, both in-person and online
-Experience using booking systems or CRMs
-Comfortable with rebooking, upselling, and closing conversations
-High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
-Solution-focused mindset – you don’t just spot problems, you help solve them
-Passion for client experience and a love for the tattoo industry
-Reliable, team-focused, and ready to step up when needed

💰 What You’ll Get in Return

Hourly rate starting from $29.35, depending on experience

Training in laser and piercing (no prior experience required)
