The Role:
We're looking for a creative and reliable chef with experience in fast-paced, quality-driven venues. You’ll be working with premium ingredients and wood-fired ovens, creating everything from refined snacks to signature pizzas and seasonal specials. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, collaborate with an inspired team, and grow your culinary career in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a modern Italian menu with a focus on pizza, pasta, and share plates

Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and consistency

Assist with prep, service, ordering, and stock rotation

Support the Head Chef with new dish development and kitchen operations

Keep cool and efficient under pressure, especially during busy services

Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff when required

You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a similar chef role (experience with Italian cuisine a bonus)

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

Passion for high-quality produce and beautiful plating

A can-do attitude, creativity, and team-first mentality

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
