Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Manage the dealership's wholesale and retail vehicle inventory, organisation, and optimisation of stock levels.

Delivery Coordinator: Work closely with the sales team and the customers to ensure a smooth and efficient handover process with 100% customer satisfaction

Vehicle registration and preparation: Assist the sales team with getting cars to external workshops and panel shops, and attending registration appointments.

Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the stock control process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of automotive parts, vehicles, and dealership operations is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inventory discrepancies effectively.

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive various vehicles.

Requirements:

Valid Australian driver's licence required for vehicle transportation and registration duties

Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive inventory management or similar logistics role
