We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and community-minded local resident to join our Environmental Health team as an Administration Officer. Based in either Tom Price or Onslow, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about contributing to the health and wellbeing of their local community.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing a broad range of administrative support to enable the effective delivery of public health services
• Maintaining accurate records, processing applications and approvals, and preparing documentation for meetings and events
• Responding to community and stakeholder enquiries with professionalism and care
• Collaborating with other teams across the organisation to support broader service delivery

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a regulatory or community-facing environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital systems
• A positive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• A current C Class Driver's Licence
